Why Group Therapy?
In group therapy you get feedback from peers and a real-life laboratory to practice responding to a wide variety of interpersonal scenarios and dynamics. Who is group therapy for?

What are the goals of group therapy?
In your pre-group meetings, you will work with your group leader to develop goals. based on your needs. However, in general, group can help:
